I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced right after the Labor Day weekend, because it was too late to drop it off on Saturday at 1:30 PM. Establishing that my family was short a vehicle over the long weekend. On Tuesday when i dropped it off I was assured a follow up call as to the status of the repairs, being that I needed to arrange for transportation to and from work in the event that the repairs would take longer than necessary, and if possible i would get a rental. I never received a call back. After waiting patiently into the next day I called the office number and got a voicemail. I called later in the afternoon to the office number, and got a voicemail again. I finally called the listed cell number and the Advisor answered, he assured me that he would look into the issue, then call me back, this at 4:38 PM, not nowing at what time everyone leaves for the day. I called again 30 minutes later and left a voicemail asking for a call back as I needed to figure my transportation for the next day. He calls back and tells me that a technician was hurt, and that he asked another technician to work on it, and that my vehicle would be available by the time i arrived, though they close at 6:00pm. This was a problem as I had to drive away from the Dealership in order to pick up my wife at work, and daughter at school. I'm supposed to pick up my vehicle this afternoon. So I should wait to submit this review, though doing so demonstrates how disappointed I am. I know that I am not the only person with car troubles, but I am certain this would have been avoided if a follow up was done. Then again it doesn't help when agents you deal with seem lost and say things like they forgot about your service order altogether. ***UPDATE*** I was outreached by the General Manager, he asked my to come in and speak with him. By then he had spoken to the Advisor that attended me, and he admitted to dropping the ball, but corrected it as soon as possible. I have been assured that this would never happen again.

I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Sales consultant Agustin Flores got to work right away and got me exactly what I was looking for! He showed me several vehicles until I found the one. He knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t push to sell me something I wasn’t looking for. I had a bad experience at a previous dealership and Toyota of Pharr excelled in customer service! I will definitely refer family and friends to this family friendly dealership! Agustin treated me like family!
